M&P as reliable as Sigma?

Does anyone have any experience with the two? I have the SW40VE and want to upgrade to the M&P40 or 9 but the flawless reliability of my sigma has me second guessing...I dont want to regret it. What are some common problems with the M&P, if any?

I own both and and have ZERO issues with either.
I did the well-known trigger job to the SW40VE and it feels like a gun costing twice as much.
I have to say the better shooter of the two is the M&P 40... this gun is absolutely flawless.
