I disagree at close distances the dot isn't even necessary. When you get out to 25 or 50 yards and are ringing 6" plated you'll be glad you have the 3 moa. The 6 moa at distance covers WAY too much target. I have or have had rmr's, deltapoints, fastfire , DR. II'"'s, DR 3's, the list goes on . My favorite hands down is the DR II 3.5 moa super small (cowitness) robust more so than the others, perfect dot unlike many others , and it's always on once you remove the cap it's go time.
