I asked my LGS guy to find a M&P 45 with two barrels, (150923) Distributor called 10/16 and they had 1 in stock - ordered and gun arrived 10/18. Fired case(s) dates were 10/10 and 10/11. I find it amazing that I have this M&P in hand 7 days from factory to distributor to retail store. Evidently nothing is sitting in stock at factory. Anyone notice a time frame like this?

That is fast. The pistol is not equipped with tall sights for a suppressor, so what is the purpose of the threaded barrel? Just for looks? Or, do you plan to screw on some other accessory?

You are correct that a suppressor (my YHM Cobra) is higher than the front sight but barely. You can "look through" the image and hit pretty good. Value is 2 barrels with one threaded for close to M&P regular price.

I put my FS .40 (309700LE) on layaway the first of September the day I got an alert from BPS saying they got a new shipment in. The case envelope is dated 7/16/12.

Is the 150923 the same pistol (no safeties) as model 109306, but with 2 barrels?
I have been waiting on a 109306, but found a 150923 for nearly the same price.
Thanks!
