M&P holster identification

Can anyone help me identify this holster?

What I know, he was from Florida, had a PayPal store, you had a ton of options, colors, threads and such.

I am hoping he's still around and making holsters, this is by far the most comfortable holster I have carried. This one is for the Shield and the other one is for my 40c Talo edition.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it!
