M&P model #'s

I am looking at a new M&P 40cal on gunbroker and in the description it says that the model number is 309700. I looked on smith and wessons website and I could not find this particular model. On the bottom of the description it says that this model is the same as the 209700 except that it is the LE model. As I can gather after doing a little searching is that the 309700 supposedly comes with 3 mags instead of 2 mags. Is this the only difference between the two models?

Nightsights also I believe.

Yes it does have nightsights from what I have gathered. I just find it odd that I cannot find the sku # in the catalog in either the civilian section or the Military and police section. anyone know where I can find it on the smith and wesson site?

It sounds like a new number that isn't cataloged yet, you can call S&W 800-331-0852 and they can give you the specs.
