M&P Pro 2009 New Sear Housing Block for APEX - Help

Hi all

I own a M&P Pro 9mm produced in 2009. It has a 1/16th Sear Housing Block and I now want to install the APEX FSS trigger kit. I need to change my Sear Housing Block to 1/8th (large sear plunger and spring).

As far as I can tell, I need a Sear Housing Block without internal lock and mag safety. But they are all sold out - at least I have not been able to locate any from any websites. :-(

I found a Sear Housing Block Assembly with internal lock and mag safety. Will I be able to remove the internal lock and maybe also the mag safety on this one and install it in my M&P Pro 2009, so I can install the Apex FSS trigger set and sear?

My bet is that you can get away with a sear housing with or without the lock. It is the RAM requires the lock style housing.
