M&P Pro Core Feed Problems

Is it common that they let guns get out of the factory today missing parts? This is the first issue I ever had with Smith but I have been reading of others having similar issues

My CORE 9 shot fine for 75 rounds, then it went to randomly not striking the primer. 23 out of 100 rounds had absolutely no marks on the primer, and it was random. Sometimes I would get 2 or 3 rounds then nothing. It has been at S&W since 12 March.

They put their pants on one leg at a time like the rest of us. They're still human. I'm over 40K rounds in my Core without a problem.

Just got my gun back after 2 weeks and some days. Was hoping for a free mag with it but nope lol but I'll live. It's appears to be working correctly so I am gonna take it to the range tonight and run some rounds through it
