Anyone experienced this?
I added a new M&P Pro 9mm to my quiver about a month ago and use it for action shoots at my local gun club. I love it but have experienced a repeating malfunction issue.
While shooting it I have had, 4 times on different occasions, where the gun did not re-cock itself when fired, leaving the trigger dead. The striker did not reset even though the spent cartridge was ejected and a fresh cartridge chambered. There we no marks on the primer of the chambered cartridge and they fired after cocking the gun a second time.
It typically happens during rapid fire towards the end of the magazine.
Any ideas?
