M&P Shield Sights question

I've had my M&P Shield since perhaps late September and I have noticed that if I aim with the stock sights my shots are very low and left even at 15 yards. However, at the same distance if I do not use the sights and use the Jim Cirillo silhouette aiming method I hit the target each and every time. The sights look centered over the barrel, however I have read somewhere else where someone sent their Shield back for accuracy issues and S&W stated that the incorrect sights had been put on his or her shield.

So....can anyone with a 9MM shield fill me in on the height of the front and rear sights? I'd like to measure the sights on my Shield and see if they are the correct ones.
