1/6" allen wrench. Take the slide off and line-up the sights with the striker. For the front sight, center it on the slide. You will need to use a hammer and block.

Light hammer and a brass rod. I always use a pencil and place a mark on both the slide and sight. After the first loosen-tap-tighten sequence, you can probably figure out just how much movement is needed to zero.

Brownell's does sell screw operated sight pushers with prices ranging from $15-$650 with most of the higher rated ones around $125. Seems like a lot of money to me for something you might use a half dozen times in your life.
