M&P Sight Issue

I've had the S&W M&P 9m.m. for a while now, but upon my return from last trip to the range, I noticed that the front sight Tritium Plug was missing.

The M&P I bought came with the night sights standard, and I'm wondering what is possible for repair.

Same thing happened to mine. S&W sent me a new sight.
