Ok lets try this again.
Ive drawn up a couple of targets so that we can standardize our results so that everyone can see an apples to apples comparison.
First is a drawing of the NRA 50 ft competition target (A-36). there is 12 bulls on this target. This is a very Challenging target. The two bulls in the center are for sight check/fouling shots. Then the shooter takes one shot at each bull. This allows you to get a true score for ten shots. The ten ring is literally a dot in the center of the bull.
NRA A-36 style target
The next target is a 50 ft sight in target that has six bulls on a 1/2" grid.
50 ft sight in target
And the last target is another sight in target that's better for use beyond 50 ft. I just drew this up, so I haven't shot at it yet. I'm hoping I got it the right size for 50 yards. Try it out and let me know if you have any issues with it.
50 yard sight in target
Shoot your groups, 10 rounds per bull. Note the ammo brand/type next to each bull, and the distance shot. Then scan or photograph and post results here.
Also, as far as I'm concerned, you can distribute the targets to anybody you like.
