m&p9c barrel

So I ordered a m&p9c barrel from midway usa about a month ago, it was backordered until 3/28/13, then they changed it to 4/09/13, now I checked and their website says 12/31/13. Does anyone know where I can get a 9c barrel sooner. Thanks

Looks like they're back ordered at Brownells too, but contact them too see for how long.

I've always had more luck getting S&W parts from Brownells than Midway.

When I ordered a pinky extension from S&W on Mar. 5th, I asked about the 9c barrel and they told me they were backordered, but could place an order. I sent an e-mail to them on Friday asking about status, but yet to receive a response. Hope to hear from them this wk.

I also ordered 9 millimeter barrel from Midway for my 357 back on February 4th 2013 and I am in the same boat. On 2/5/13 I ordered a .40c barrel which had a back order date for July this year and I've already received it go figure.

So I called Smith and Wesson today and they had it in stock so I ordered one from them, they said it would be shipped to me within five to 10 days, just cancelled my Midway USA order. I guess I'm going to check the manufacturer first from now on.thanks

I called Smith and Wesson this morning and it in stock so I put my order in even through the sales person said it is not recommended by Smith-Wesson (you know legal protection and they want to sell you another unit). He said they are 7 - 10 days back logged on orders and he piggy back on my last order for 2 10 rounds 40/.357c Mags I bought last week. I called Midway USA and they were very nice and canceled my back order. Thanks Mr. 40 I would have just waited until doomsday Hee-Hee until they would have sent me my 9mm barrel.

I don't know about the OP, but many people want to shoot 9mm from their 40c, as it's cheaper, & has less kick. The OP never stated he wanted to order "another" 9c barrel. Just that he wanted to order one. GARY
