Mine's locked away in the safe. I believe I read they were discontinued. It doesn't matter, its a fine handgun. In some ways its even better than the 329. To me, the .41 doesn't seem to hurt quite as bad. They're getting even rarer than they were. If you've got other 41's, its a very nice addition.
Just like its stable mate, the 329, they probably are poor choices for a man with only one gun, or one gun in the caliber. They're both wonderful guns to carry all day. While big and powerful, they don't kill you from the weight. With either, you'll end up shooting low power loadings. The 41 is almost an exclusive handloaders gun these days. Just like the Jet. Great guns, but ammo expense and very limited factory offerings are a problem (getting any factory ammo is a problem.)
Maybe we'll see a huge change in the shooting sports if that doesn't correct itself. But at gunshows, you can still find ammo in any caliber you want, you've just got to pay for it.
