Just curious, but I am looking at M58's, but I'm concerned about how the fixed sights are regulated. For what load would a 4" M58 sights be regulated? What would be the difference in POI between a mid range 210 gr load and a full house magnum load, and how would you compensate for the difference?

The sights are regulated for the 210 grain load at about 950. The full house load at 1375 will shoot about 10 inches low at 15 yards, or at least mine did.

They were sighted in with the lead SWC police load. You have to use Kentucky windage (holding off) to alter POI.

Thanks for the replies. That's what I was afraid of. Guess I'll look for a 4" M57 instead.
