Hello, As it says, I have a chance to buy one. I am going tomorrow to look at it. In the pic it looks really nice, one owner with box. My only problem, I know nothing about these. I have never seen one up for sale. I know some of you have one, or have had one. So, any help will be greatly appreciated!

Use the search function (Google custom search) and you'll find lots of information about the model 63s. Great little guns. If in good condition you probably can't go wrong at $600 or under. See them priced higher often but would have trouble paying much more unless NIB. Good luck.

6 shot. 2" & 4" barrels. 2" worth considerably more. 4 different wood grip styles available from S&W. All came with RR/WO sights. Excellent 22's that only appreciate in value. I have the 2" & 4" and enjpy them both. Current 63 from Smith is a n 8 shot with 3" barrel and GOOFY hi-viz plastic front sight.
