A true "stovepipe", the ejected casing getting caught in the bolt while it is closing, is usually an ejector problem rather than a magazine problem. Failures to feed and mag snags are the magazine issues other members have had and can be related to the way the bullets are loaded.

Has anyone had any issues with their M&P 15-22 magazines ? I have one mag that starts to have issues with FTEs with CCI mini mags, Fed 550, etc. Does S&W warranty their mags ? Is their a way to get a spring kit for them ?
do any of you have issues with once loaded...the ammo ejects itself from the top of the magazine? I loaded three 25 round magazines...laid them on the table and they started to eject themselves out of the top of the magazine...about 7 rounds each...I didn't even have a chance to load them into the gun. This happens every time I load my 25 round magazines...the ten round magazine is just fine. Any suggestions...
