I am a forum owner (not about guns) and have often thought about the lack of completion of a topic or concept.
Simply put, what was the actual answer.
In a recent topic, I asked about locating some 15-22 magazines, as I had recently added a 15-22 to my collection.
Thanks to those suggesting online vendors that had them in stock. I didn't have any luck getting any that way. Perhaps others reading the forum out drew me... fair enough - first come first serve.
In these times, $20-$30 magazines are going to be by luck only.
"If" you really need/want a couple for a new purchased gun
that you are anxious to try - the news isn't good, but not terrible.
Right now 03/2021 you will have to shell out at least $45 for a 15-22 magazine. We hate to pay this, but in selected circumstances getting a couple might need to happen.
Only on Gunbroker was I able to positively find magazines for sale.
If it is any consolation, most on Gunbroker seem to be other gun enthusiasts, so it doesn't feel so bad.
