Magna stocks with extractor relief? Pics inside.

I got these grips with a 66-1 I recently acquired. I'm no expert on magnas so these may be extremely common, but I've never seen them before. Did magnas ever come from the factory with an extractor relief or is this a DIY job? Here they are on my 10-8:
