Magpul moe on mp10

Hi y'all
I just picked up the Magpul moe for my mp10 and having trouble snap it in the D ring.
Any of you using the moe handguard? If do, how do you overcome this issue?

It will fit. You're fighting the shields hitting the barrel and a very stiff Delta ring. I had to use a tool to get mine down far enough. You could spread the shields back but I didn't have to on mine. Keep trying, eventually the stars and moon align just right and it's on

Extremely tight against the ring, and you gotta kinda het both halves going so the heat shield gets over the hump so the other can come into place then slap or tap them together so the ring will lock up. A rubber mallot may help tap the things together.

Install the top piece so the lip is not set in the groove but is holding the delta ring back. It will make installing the lower piece a little easier. Once you get the lower piece installed, you can slip the lip of the upper piece completely into place. It will still be a fight but using this method should even the odds a bit

Thanks, guys. I ended up did a little mod on the moe and it finally fit.
