I tried searching but cannot find the answer. I am trying to determine if the M&P 45 can use +P ammo. Specifically the MagTech Guardian Gold 45B.
Its specs:
BULLET
Bullet Style: GGJHP
Weight (Grains): 230
Weight (Grams): 14.90
Diameter (inches): 0.451
Sectional Density: 0.161
Ballistic Coefficient: 0.163

BALLISTICS
FPS M/S
Velocity (Muzzle) 1007 307
Velocity (50 Yards/Meters) 965 290
Velocity (100 Yards/Meters) 927 279

Ft.Lbs J
Energy (Muzzle) 518 702
Energy (50 Yards/Meters) 467 626
Energy (100 Yards/Meters) 440 580

Based on the manual I have assumed no. But I'd like to confirm it. Anyone help me with my ignorance?
