Massachusetts LTC Holder Needs Help

I received my license to carry in Massachusetts early last month. I knew I wanted my first purchase to be an M&P. I also wanted to join a range where I could try various handguns before buying.
I thought I found the perfect place in the S&W Sports Shooting Range and Center so I joined for a year.
It's now closed and according to some may not reopen.

Are there any Massachusetts LTC holders that can tell me where they buy their firearms? I'm in central Massachusetts, not much around here.

The best gun shop that I know about in Mass. is 'Four Seasons' in Woburn. It's not very 'central' but they have very knowledgable employees, good selections and reasonable prices. They also have a pretty good selection of used guns. I grew up in central Mass and now live in NH. In my forays back into central Mass since I left in the 60's, I have yet to find a 'good' gunshop there.

Too many good people from Massachusetts have moved to the granite state....and I know why.

If you are central MA try First Defense Firearms in Uxbridge. Good people, good price and selection....

The recommended shops will solve your purchase needs, but as far as I know they don't have adjacent ranges like S&W.

Does anyone know why they closed?

I could see a problem with the rang over various issues, but can't understand closing the shop, unless their were major record keeping snafus, etc.

No signs saying 'closed for renovations' or 'closed temporarily'?
