Found a few pounds of this Spanish made (shotgun) powder on sale at my SLGS (nothing is really close to here). Insane low price, so naturally I bought it. (I am guessing the proprietor bought it during the drought for his own use, but now has no need of it.)

I have read the online info from HiTech and Graf's.

Does anyone have any EXPERIENCE with this flake. Uh, this flake, not this flake. Uh, you know what I mean.

Yes. Myself and Nemo have loaded with it. I've gone through about 8 pounds of it. I love it. Nemo ran it over a chrono vs Universal and it was about 10% faster per grain if memory serves me right.

I shot thousands of .357 158 and 125 Xtreme plated over 6.0gr of CSB1 and thousands of xtreme plated 200gr .44 over 7.5 to 8.0gr in .44RM brass. Tack driving combinations in both cases. I'd love to find more of it. Meters well, very clean burning, good economy, and great results. Would you mind pm'img me where you found it?

Yes I use csb1 for everything. I get it for $13 a pound all the time so it is cheap for me to use. Seems to work exceptionally well in 9mm and 45acp. But will work in anything. Seems to not be very good for hot magnum loads (too fast). I tried to hot rod some 357 mag and 44 mag but lil gun is far better. I don't have a crony but for light and medium loads in 38,44spcl. accurate and works just fine. I was using both cfe pistol powder and csb1 and really can't tell the difference once I got the bullets all out of order and was just shooting whatever bullet was next in the bin.
