Your BC/BS will remain your primary as long as you are working, when you retire medicare will become primary.
I have had three operations on my left hand and two on my right and two rounds of PT. All DR visits, hospital cost and everything else conected to it was paid in full by medicare and BC/BS.

You can't convince some people that my working wife's insurance is primary.
