Sent a status check message to Sebago Son and Ladder 13 this morning.
Ladder 13 (Mike) lives about 60 outside (NE) of Manhattan, and no word yet on him. But last night he reported he was stocked and ready for it.
Drew (Sebago Son) just checked in. Running his computer on a battery and a wireless cell card, but "Ready for Bear". Came through in style.
Granddaughter Abbie and Family live about 30 minutes from Atlantic City, NJ. No word on their status yet.
Any word on Roy Jinks and the folks around Springfield, MA or others in the NE?
Lots of folks with no electricity, and the snow is starting in some areas.

Safe and warm here in NW NJ. Power is out for about 24 hours now, but the generator is running fine.

I'm a lot better off than most here in N/W Ct. power blinked a few time's but we never lost it.The transformer went out where my wife works but I'll be trying to go to work in the morning. Just a few branches down in my yard but a lot of tree's down all around me.
Best wishes to those that got hit a lot worse than me.

We lost power and all wire services last night. The generator is fine and I'm well stocked. I bug out in place. I lost 3 trees but had the windows boarded up so no damage here.

my area of va.was supposed to get quite a show...but did not...basically two rainy days with just a bit of wind....glad to hear the guys here are doing well

Prayers for everyone out in that area. These storms make me nervous because they're not supposed to go there. We expect it down here. Houston sent a convoy of linemen out there in Center Point trucks. Hope they help.

Don't live too far from Sebago Son. Lost power Monday at 7 PM, still without power when I left the house this morning. At least I have a generator, which helps keep the food in the fridge and freezer from going bad. Hoping we'll have power back by this evening. On the bright side the strong winds cleaned most of the leaves off my lawn.

A non event in the SW Philly suburbs. Very lucky this time. Pretty happy since my insurance claims from Irene are still open. :(

All good here... clearing off and warming up some. Power is back. No long term damage that I can see so far. Made it down to town and things are back to normal...

Fairfax, VA; where my daughter and her family live are ok. Windy, blown leaves, lots of rain, no flooding, didn't lose power or any trees.

Thank you Lord for keeping them safe. Amen.
