I thought the same thing. But she shouldn't have her finger in the trigger guard in any case. She wouldn't be able to see squat with her eye that close to the bell anyway.

But who knows where that pic originated or what the context was..

Had a '68 MGBGT. Every month something went wrong. One week on the road, 3 weeks on jack stands. I could probably rebuild the generator in my sleep even today. Was driving down the road one day and the hood decided to become my windshield. My speedo stopped working. A month later it spun out of control, then started working again...

It's not a car, it's an Adventure!

Had the same car. The Lucas electric fuel pump would decide to stop working at will. I kept a large screwdriver to give it a whap with the handle to get it going again.

I don't recognize that thing, but some rifles do fire from an open bolt.

Lucas love?

Lucas gets it's share of hate but I have a 1962 IH British tractor with a Lucas electrical system. Not one component, except for plugs, points and condenser, have ever been changed. Everything still functions as it should. Pretty good for sixty-two years.
Having said that, I thought this was funny.
