Ah, yes... "Operation Ararat", wasn't it? After all, the sea is the first place you'd look for a sub! They just want us to THINK they're hiding them in the sea.

Those cunning Asian devils! They're putting 'em up in the mountains, then waiting for the predicted massive rise in sea levels to bring the valleys up to launch depth, at which time "Operation Plimsoll" will be initiated and they will sail out to conquer the world!
