Despite the saying, "When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail", this is ridiculous

Reminded me of the mediaeval bestiary stories of the self-sacificing pelican. (But I'm probably over-thinking this!)

As to the shark in the roof, that's the famous Headington Shark in Oxfordshire, built in 1986.

There's a similar sculpture in Bellingham WA in the Orca Building (2018). My gf & I see it from the Mount Bakery Cafe when we have breakfast there.

Way back in my Puppy Dog days -
I worked on a Pipeline Job up in S Ohio.

Most of the crew were from Louisiana .
