RE Don's number 4. As a gas guy we rarely shut off utilities where the electric wasn't off first to get peoples attention. We were included, trained and asked to do electric turn on and offs after a new contract. A friend knocked on a door to tell someone the electric was going off non pay. He asked the teen if a parent was home. The reply was that he was busy and couldn't be disturbed. He wasn't too busy 15 seconds later when the power went off.
