I've been shopping for leather for a new 357PD and these are two holsters that have caught my eye. I plan on carrying the revolver for self defence and as a field gun.

I haven't found much feedback around the forums on them but hope some of you will chime in.

I have a PS6 for a three inch L-frame. It's a quality product. I'm not a huge pancake holster fan these days (I think this is the only one I still have) but I can't complain about this particular item. Sturdy and functional.

I have a PS6 DA for a 325NG and it is an excellent holster. The materials and workmanship are first rate and they deliver when they say they will. Their belts are excellent; in fact, they are just plain pretty. (I always try to order holsters and belts together, especially if it's a first order from a maker.)

Like a lot of people on this forum, I have a foot locker full of leather. The three holsters I actually use on a regular basis are from Mernickle, Lobo, and Galco.

FWIW,

Charles

I have a PS6-SA for my ruger single six and love it,rides high and tight and can be worn crossdraw as well, I would get another for sure.Good experience dealing with Mernickle.

I have two PS6s for SAs I really like them. They ride high enough to be out of the way, but low enough to be handy. They are fitted so well that you have to draw the gun pretty much straight or they will drag just a bit. Kind of a built in retention device. You can wear them strong side, or cross draw or strong side butt to the rear. They are a pretty versetile holster. I like them a lot & the quality is top rate.

Thanks for the input. I've got the list narrowed to about 4 holsters from different makers. This kind of info helps.
