I was looking for the Midway USA website and came across hundreds and hundreds of negative one star reviews. This was on multiple review sites.

I think there is something amiss because I have been ordering from them for 25 or more years and have not had a problem, not once.

Looks like they are being attacked by organized jackasses hired by their competition. It is a shame that this could happen to what I consider a 5 Star company. Funny observation on the reviewers, the firearm knowledge is mostly absent and most of the stories sound made up.

literally just placed another order with them... no issues that are not handled promptly and professionally ever...

My only complaint is about their pricing. I needed a recoil spring assembly for my M&P 40c a few weeks ago. The Midway USA price was $29.95. Brownells had it for $17.95, but Smith & Wesson came in with the low bid of $9.95. Of course, I wanted S&W to send it to me free, but they wouldn't.
Grumble, grumble. :(

Midway USA is NOT necessarily 'el cheapo' but they are quick to ship and much easier to search. The Brownells search engine is a nightmare. I've been using Midway for 30 years and rarely ever write reviews, BUT if they PO me I quit using them!

Been buying from them well before the Internet was invented (so to speak). The truly great experiences far outweigh the few minor issues that were resolved. I still get a monthly flyer in the mail, and when I buy from them I do it with trust and confidence.

Natchez is my number one supplier, but I wound up ordering from midway 5-6 times a year and have always had fantastic service. Learned the hard way when they have a free shipping offer, it usually involves UPS or Fed ex starting the shipping and Postal Service finishing which I don't understand but several companies are doing it. The free shipping usually takes a few days longer. If I want it faster than that, I will pony up a few more bucks for faster shipping. To be fair, I've had equally good service from Natchez as well as Brownells. I usually don't price compare and probably should but when Im ready to place an order, the company that has everything I need in stock usually gets the order.

I've always made orders based on information. They filled them to spec. No complaints.

I don’t order a lot but, my online supply places are Midway, Grafs and Mid South. All pretty good.

MIDWAY

Received another order in today. :) Have never had a problem in 40 years + of ordering. Sometimes they are out of what I want, but are QUICK to advise me when it arrives. 5 STARS here. I also highly approve of their NRA round-up. ;) Those pennies add up. We are under attack from just so many fronts, we need to stand up and be counted. I am an old guy but if we, you, loose the NRA, we are ALL sunk. JMHO -- THANKS MIDWAY!!!

I try to order items on sale and free shipping , they replaced a Boker knife that disappeared at USPS last Christmas

They are notorious for shoddy packing. Not unusual to get a box of loose bullets/rounds & ripped up cardboard. You're lucky if none escapes the package.

Thankfully lots of places sell and ship cheaper.

I like MidwayUSA & definitely spend more $$ there than anywhere else. They've righted any wrongs that have occurred so I keep going back.

But my biggest gripe is with shipping; cost & packing. They're pricing is not very competitive on shipping heavy orders. And I avoid ordering anything else on the same order with bullets as it'll likely get smashed up. I avoid their UPS Mail Innovations option too.

Brownell's has some items I like that Midway doesn't have but after they changed their website years ago I just hate their new format & resist going there.

I ordered a 349 bullet sizing die in February and it just keeps getting back ordered! Customer service is nonexistent!
