Recently I ordered the wrong product by mistake from Midway.
They sent me a return label & I shipped it USPS, 2 days later it was delivered to Stockton California & picked up by an individual.
Midway is in Columbia, MO.
Called USPS (as that who was the return label was for) and was on hold for 35 min. & hung up.
Called Midway & they tracked it & saw where it was delivered.
Midway then immediately shipped the right product as I was returning the wrong to swap out & told me not to worry about it as they would take care of it.
I have been shopping & buying from Midway for a few years due to their prices & their FAST shipping. Guess it paid off.
Most companies would have blown it off or said "sorry about your "Bad Luck".
I will say this, they now have a customer for life.
PS. Still haven't heard back from USPS.

I use Midway for everything, if I can find it there. I've returned many things, never any questions asked. They ship fast too. I always get it quick unless the post office delivers it to the wrong house (which they have done). You would think that when your only job is to deliver a package to the correct address, you would actually read the address on the package carefully, no?
 
Always had great service from Midway. It helps that I live close to them so I could go pick up an order. Also didn't have to watch USPS ship my orders over half the country to get the order the 65 miles to by house.
 
I've been using Midway for many years now. They are one of my very first places to check when I need something related to firearms. I never had any problems with them. Once I ordered a Caldwell Rock front rest, and the hard plastic case that came with it. When it arrived, one of the latches on the case was broken. I call Midway and explained it to the CS gal and she immediately asked for my shipping info so she could get another one out to me ASAP. Didn't even ask for the broken one to be returned. Any place can sell products. Good companys stand behind their products 100%. Midway is one of those companys.
 
I too purchase from Midway and have for years and fortunately I have not had to return anything, but I have always felt that Midway is a company that takes care of their customers. Shipping is always fast and good communication.
 
I've always had a first class experience with Midway. Never had to use their return policy as everything I got was authentic, the correct model and worked. Also, personally, I like Larry Potterfield. He seems like someone you'd like to go shooting with or grab a beer.
 
Years ago, I called Midway to ask about a scope I was interested in. I was shocked when Larry, the owner answered the phone! We talked for probably 15 minutes like we were old friends!:D
