I do not not what exchanged between you and ArchAngel but I myself had difficulties with you and your company myself some time back. So did many others over on another forum which I will not mention, so I know things did not work out well for me and those others.
This thread was about MBC and somehow you manage to find it and post the same "double speak" as you have before. Maybe things are better, maybe not. I wish you success but don't play like nothing happened in the past. To me you are a vender trying to promote your company without actually be a registered vendor or sponsor.
Yes, I am a vendor and why this 2008 thread was resurected is beyond me BUT the fact is that my company was mentioned about a quality issue and I responded to the comment there.
I don't "double speak" as you have just done. I tell it straight and if people can't deal with that then that is their problem. I also notice that when Missouri posted here you did not take them to task for not being a sponsor or a registered vendor so what I am I to make of that? In addtion neither of those things are a requirement for my posting here and since I don't see that you are an administrator what concern is it of yours?
Having been in business over 30 years I, just like any other company have had my share of problems with customers over the years. I don't pretend that there wern't problems in the past and that there won't be in the future. If you run a business,any business then problems with customers is a fact of doing business. It is how you deal with such problems is the important issue. (Is that straight forward enough for you?)
I deal with such problems the best I can( the proof of that is right here in this thread with SMSGT that I resolved.) No one is perfect and that includes Missouri bullets.
They too have had their share of problems with customers but overall they have a very good reputation as do I. The number of satisfied customers far exceeds those that haven't been satisfied. If that wasn't true then I would not have survived and flourished and the same holds true for others.
The country is littered by many cast bullet manufactuers that are no more.
What I can't abide is those Like Archangel CD who continually posts negative comments every chance they get when they see my companies name being mentioned because they can't let it go even when they have been told not to do so.
I find it impossible to believe that customers can expect perfection from any supplier. I see threads all the time about many suppliers (and not just bullet suppliers) that give praise and damnation to the same company. I know that I try my very best to deal with each complaint when they occur. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes not because some customers just won't let you make it right for them no matter what and I can't do anything about that.
I am not going to abide drive by attacks and not respond. The number of people who responded to me personally after the issue on the other forum was overwhelming in their support after the incident. Your claim that there was many is false as in fact it was a small group of a few people. The fact that I did not recogonise the organised attack against me and the company at first was due to my inablity to see it for what it was. That will not happen again.
The bottom line here is that as long as God is willing to let me I intend to keep going and to all the customers that have made the company as great as it is today I say Thank You.
