Mix and match compliant parts?

Greetings!

I was wondering, can a 3.1" California compliant Shield Plus barrel and slide fit on any S&W Shield Plus receiver without requiring any modifications?

Looking to make my slightly older Shield Plus PC 4" a little more versatile.

My CA compliant Shield 1.0 3.1” slide assembly and Shield 2.0 carry comp 4” slide assembly can swap back and forth, and are fully functional, so I would imagine you should be able to do the same with both of your Shield plus.
