Early 60s, if I remember right.
1963 according to SCSW 5th ed. The book mentions a run of 4" barrels in the 14-2 but a little later than your serial no. Post some pics if you can.
The first thing I thought of was the Dayton Gun HQ 4" 14-2's but they were mostly in the K623xxx to K 624xxx range, shipped August 4, 1965.
It could have been a special order 4". That happened from time to time. In fact, the very first unit marked as a MOD 14 was a 4" special order unit that shipped in July 1958. Serial number K314496.
