Well, if it made you happy, I'm glad for you.
Personally, I would never have given up a Combat Masterpiece for a late Model 629. But that's just me. I would have sold the dog or one of my Jeeps, kept the Model 15 and acquired a 629, but probably a no-dash with a pinned barrel and recessed charge holes.
To each his own, as they say.
