Has anyone, or does anyone have this mod, and have you changed the grips? If so to what.
The smooth grips that came with it are nice but a bit short in length for my hand. I have no problems shooting with it but could stand a bit more. I like having my pinky fully on the grip. As it is my pinky finger slides under. If any pic's available please share them with me. I still want wood, and if the same style is avail just a bit longer would be good. The smooth panels work great for CCW.

I put pachmayrs on mine for the shooting comfort. I don't care for looks. Nobody but me sees mine and I am old and don't care.

I hear ya Deanodog! Gettin a little long in tha tooth myself. The Pachmayrs are proably what I will end up putting on, less I find somthing I like better. Thanks.

Kim Ahrends (the mfg of the grips that came with your revolver) makes a round to square butt conversion grip with and without finger grooves that should give you more to hold on to.

I bought a set or N frame round to square targets from the online store at s&w. They are a bit thinner in the palm than N frame targets, but they work ok. They look alot better as far as I am concerned.

Thanks everyone for the help, and the pic Buckeye. Those look good.
