What is a excellent condition blue 27-2 8 3/8'' in the walnut case which is also like new no tears or wear in the lining worth?

I recently paid $800 for a nickel 27-2 8 3/8 in 98% plus with no box or papers

Are they wood grips? Does it come with the tools. If there are no tears there is a change that it has been relined. Without the box they go for about $800 around here.

And 3.5" models go for $700. Honest.
