I shot my 28-2 for the first time today and the trigger in S/A was consistent for five chambers, but a bit harder for one. Also noticed the hammer has a little play while cocked for those five chambers but no play when cocked for the sixth. This revolver was left to me by my grandfather and as far as I know had never been fired. The only thing I noticed is it appears the cylinder had been turned the wrong way after being closed a time or two due to the marks on the slots. Any thoughts?
