MOD 38 identification

Recently came into possession of a Model 38 S&W Airweight .38 Spl, hand-ejector, fixed rear sight/front ramp, SN#J711219, Barrel length approximately 1 13/16".

Wanted to find an approximate date for this. Thanks!
