Looking at a mod 60-7 when was it made and value. Round butt in excellent condition. A little dirty but otherwise VG condition. Grips perfect. Also is there anything to lookout for in the - models with a model that has so many enginering changes to it as the 60's do. I no lower - is preferrable but this would be a CC piece mostly but still desirable in years to come I know.

SCSW says 1990, according to the production change. Hard to give you an estimate on value without seeing it, but think most generally run in about the $350 to $500 in excellent condition. Box and original papers are a plus. What are they asking for it? Does it include the original box?

Many consider the 60-7 as the best of the breed; as it was still made on the standard (non-magnum) frame, all forged parts, the newest heat treating (for +P use) and possessed the then-new & easier to aquire wider front site blade.

Yeah, lower dash numbers are generally more sought after...but those in the know on the M60 line will often tell you that the Model 60-7 is one of the better ones to go for.
