I've carried a Model 60 no dash 2" during an LE career and later for everyday carry a Model 60 3." I've carried 'em in all kinds of holsters. So with over 40 years with the Model 60, here are my recommendations:
My favorite in-the-pants holster is a simple Galco suede leather pouch with a clip for the belt for security.

My favorite belt holster is a Kramer horse hide pancake style holster. Probably one of the best holsters that I've ever used for this particular duty.

I like Clinger Holsters IWB holsters. I've not used one for a revolver but for my S&W Shield and my Sig P365XL. It holds the weapon snuggly against the body.

3 slot Pancake from a variety of makers will cover every OWB option.

I've got a 2" model 60 I bought new in 1971 for around $110.00. It still looks new and I frequently carry it while on the road in a high rise cross draw holster so the seat belts don't interfere with it. I keep a Glock 20 or S&W M&P 40 full size in the glove box. That little 60 is the most accurate snubby I've ever shot. It's wearing a set of Crimson Trace grips that got me out of some harassment by a guy driving an 18 wheeler. He got on my tail after running me off the road and started blowing his air horn. I painted his passenger side windshield with the Crimson Trace and he got the idea to leave me alone. I like that style holster because it's easy to get to while you're driving.

I use a Side Guard Holsters Quick Clip IWB holster for my 642-1 (same size as your 60).

I actually have only two options for my J-frame (Model 640-1), inside the waist band or pocket, both are DeSantis holsters. The IWB is their Sof-Tuck and the pocket holster is their Nemesis holster. Both work great for my J-frame. I have considered an outside the waist band and their are a number of 3-slot pancake designs out there that look like they would be good choices.
I have a no dash that I carry on occasion - but always in a Mika Pocket Holster. Enjoy yours!

I particularly like this Avenger style holster from Ritchie Leather Co. Very secure, rides high and tight and the hammer spur is well covered. Many holster makers offer this style. Lobo has an enhanced Avenger that is outstanding and Kramer makes a fantastic Avenger.
Speaking of Lobo, This enhanced pancake works very well. This one has a neutral cant and I wear it at about 2:30. The gun stays put and I forget it's there. Conceals great.
That covers the holsters on the left. Middle Top is a Lobo IWB Belt Loop Style, below that a Ritchie Stakeout. Both very good but I usually only carry the model 60 outside the waist band due to the hammer spur.
Right top is a fantastic appendix holster from Side Guard, a low-rider Quick Clip. I've been wearing this a lot lately (642). Below that another Ritchie, aptly named the Appendix.

I have an Edward Rodek Leather Works holster, pancake style, for my EDC M60 2 inch. I selected the brown basket weave style. After a few years it is still like new. He has a good website and it is made in Springfield, Il.

I use a Bianchi Shadow 8L. Fits close and is very comfortable. I also have a Bianchi Lightning 55L that works well with all J frames. It's a good one for a 442 or 38.

It seems to me the first thing you have to decide is whether you want IWB or OWB. I go OWB in the winter, when I'm typically wearing sweatshirts over a tee shirt. That's the only good thing about winter, in my opinion. But personally I like carrying OWB much better than IWB.
My OWB is a Desantis thumb break scabbard. I have two of them. Highly recommended, and as a bonus you can buy one for $55 on Amazon prime and have it in a couple days.
My main IWB is a Lobo offset belt clip. Took about 2.5 months to get, but I'm very pleased with it. Prior to getting it, I used a Galco Stow N Go.
One thing I encourage you to take into consideration with IWB is where the revolver sits when holstered. The Galco holds my J frames much lower in my jeans than the Lobo. You may or may not prefer that.
Here's a piece of advice. Don't start with a high price holster. You don't want to spend a lot of money, have a considerable wait, only to find out you wished you had gone a totally different direction. You didn't tell us your level of experience with concealed carry. If you're new to it, and you think you want to go IWB, I'd find one in the $25-40 range and try it. It takes some getting used to. If after a while you like it, you can just stick with the inexpensive one, or order a custom made holster. You may not even like carrying concealed. Or you may decide you'd be better off with pocket carry, either your model 60 or a pocket .380.
Good luck with your decision. Eventually, you'll wind up with a drawer full of holsters like most of us.

I like Tucker Gunleather out of Texas. They make really nice holsters, some for the Texas Rangers FWIW. I have an OWB holster for my j frame and k frame. Message me if you need some pics. Only deal is they are currently at a three month lead time. I still think it's worth the wait.

You asked for suggestions for a concealment holster to wear on your hip.
You may get an IWB (Inside Waist Band) or OWB (Outside Waist Band).
Inside more concealable. Outside a bit quicker.
Retention strap or not? I never believed a retention strap was necessary
if the holster and gun are concealed. No one will see it, and the so called
speed scabbard is a little quicker.
I have never cared for a hammer on a concealed snub nosed revolver,
because of the possibility of snagging on the draw.
With all that said, I think most of us here, who have been carrying
concealed for a while, have probably tried at least several holsters
before settling on one favorite. Here are a few of my
recommendations for your J Frame .357.
They are all OWB. If you prefer IWB let me know, and I will
show you some of my favorite IWBs.
Left to Right:
DeSantis Speed Scabbard on a Sparks gunbelt. The knife is a Piranha.
Safariland model 16 basket weave on a James belt.
PWL model 320 on the Sparks belt with an S&W automatic knife.
Black Hills Shark pancake on Crescent Shark belt.
TJ Gator on a Culver gator belt. Benchmade knife.
