Model 10-5 & 36 value?

Thinking about selling a couple of pistols I own. One 10-5 snub nose. It has some holster wear and a few handling marks. Date of birth is 69-70. The other is a Model 36 in excellent condition but not the original grips, has rubber Pachmayr's on it. Date of birth is 71-72. What's a honest value for these?

If you are selling, I would expect $400-450 for the 2" model 10 (depending on its exact condition) and about the same or slightly less for the model 36.
