Some of you may remember a post I made some time back about a Model 14-3 having problems with the cylinder bolt not allowing the cylinder to advance. Long story short, the seller paid for me to ship it back, had a gunsmith diagnose the issue and fit a new cylinder bolt, and paid shipping back to me as well. It just arrived today and wow... am I ever pleased. This thing is so smooth and has a trigger that breaks just under 3#, it feels like a bolt action rifle. It's a 1977 manufactured single action only triple T in perfect condition. In fact, I think the only shots fired out of this so far are four that the seller ran through to test it out before sending back to me this week. I thought my 686-1 was nice, but this puts it to shame.

Also pictured with an Excellent+ condition 1997 Sig P220 that I stumbled upon in a random pawn shop two days ago at a price that yelled "buy me now."

I have to jump in on this one...........that is absolute TOP NOTCH service! Even if you might have over paid for this - and we have no idea, the service excellence off-set was well worth it!

Well done all the way 'round!

I was actually $665 out the door, which I didn't think was bad for what appeared to be an unfired 14-3 triple T with the original box and paperwork. There were no powder rings on the front cylinder or any other signs of use on this when I initially took possession. Bo scratches, wear marks, or blemishes either besides a slight turn ring.

Great service, for sure. The 14-3 is one of my favorite guns to shoot. Shoot, clean, put it in safekeeping, shoot, clean. You'll be surprised at how good you are if never had one before. One I've had since the seventies can't count the times I've pulled the trigger at paper, hogs, and even a lotto gator. My favorite ammo is 148 grain wadcutters: killed a hog with one heart shot. Think the price was very reasonable. Congrats!
