Model 15 Mfg dates

Hi, i have a Model 15 2" barrel s/n 98K4869; when was it mfg'd & what Dash # is it.
There is a stamp on the inside of the yoke-DMV-the gun was bought by me used in California in the mid-90's.

The 98K prefix is from 1981, and you should see the model stamp on the frame just under the barrel with the cylinder out?
