Good afternoon. I inherited my dads 6" 17-2 and couldn't be happier. I remember shooting cans and rocks with it as a little kid. The serial number is K533238. The bluing has some wear. Still has the original diamond magna grips. Any feedback would be great.
Thanks

K535705 shipped 4/64.
K529829 shipped 10/63.

Both of those s/n were on Model 15-2.

Thank you everyone for the replies. Built sometime in the early 60's. That's wonderful to know. Yes sir, I am lucky to have something to remember him by. He told me a story of a friend that owed him $50 way back in the late 60's and gave him this revolver instead of the cash. He realized a week later that he had made a mistake and asked for it back. My dad said "No way!"
I'm glad he kept it!!

NO PICTURES HERE? I will help. My 17-2 from 1964. It is so accurate! (even with me shooting it) Bob
