Hello group. A few quick questions on this .22 revolver I have recently come accross. Where can I go on the web to check the serial number for date of manufacture? And is there anyone here that might give me a rough idea of what it is worth?I've had it to two diffrent gun shops, they both agree it is in really nice condition but both give me diffrent appraisals.
Any help would be appreciated,I am trying to sell it.

I can help you out if you post the serial #. Leave off the last couple numbers if you dont want to do the entire thing.

Example 78K12xx

Welcome to the Forum.
Look on the bottom of the butt and tell us the serial number, including letter. It will probably be a K.
Then we can give you the year it was made.

If you post a few photos and a serial number ( it's on the butt) You can get lot's of opinions and a close guess on the age.

Thanks
The serial # is K760486
I will be able to post pics tomorrow.

Condition, condition, condition..........

Post a few GOOD photos.

99% to LNIB (with the boxes, papers and tools) will go for a premium well over $675 around here. A good solid one 92% or better with no box, or papers will usually fetch upwards of $550 or so assuming it is mechanically perfect and has the original grips.

They are GREAT Revolvers!!!
