Hello! It’s a rainy day here, so I reckoned I’d ask the board a few questions about my revolvers.

First up, this is a .38 Special that I think is a pre-Model 10. Serial number starts with a “C”358386. I think it dates back to the mid-50s, and it’s got some honest wear, but it’s a tight lockup and a great shooter. I don’t know much about the grips but I think they’re original. This gun is a good shooter, but I don’t know much else about it. 4” pencil battle I think. Found it at a pawn shop.

This is my wife’s 10-7 nickel plated revolver. It’s got some scratches and came from what I presume is The Wackenhut Company, appears to have been shot rarely. I found this and shined it up nicely, found some faux mother-of-pearl grips on EBay.

This is the newest addition so far- a very nice, bank-vault tight Model 19-3. I don’t know anything else about it, but it seems to have some fancy custom wood grips that fit me like a glove. It’s an amazing shooter and looks good. I’d love to know more about any of these pistols.

I don’t know when this was made, but of all of my K-frames, my favorite is this Model 64. It’s easy to see and sight, hits to point of aim with 158 gr Hornadys, and it’s soft-recoiling. I’ve got a set of Hogue grips on it and they really soak up recoil.
