model 18-3

Interested in Model 18-3 22 cal.. have a problem with cylinder not opening on occasions without rotating the cylinder one or two positions. Question is what might cause it to not open.

Welcome! The first thing I would check is a bent ejector rod. Open the cylinder and give it a spin watching the end of the rod closely and you should be able to check that.
