If it is truly only a 90-95% gun, I would put it in the $275-350 shooter range.

I just bought a -4 in about 98% condition for $375 down here in FL. No box or papers though. I felt that price was on the low side, I would have been willing to pay more.

Unless you have to sell, I would not. I shot my 18-3 today, they are a pleasure to shoot, and are absolute tack drivers.
